KSafety does not guarantee legal compliance, EHO approval, a particular food hygiene rating, safe operations, audit success, regulatory approval, insurance acceptance, risk reduction, or legal defence. Customers remain responsible for meeting their own legal obligations, maintaining safe systems of work, training staff, checking records, reviewing risks, responding to incidents, and seeking competent professional advice where required.

Using KSafety and maintaining records through the platform:

• Does not guarantee a specific Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) score.
• Does not guarantee EHO approval of your premises or practices.
• Does not guarantee compliance with any specific law or regulation.
• Does not replace your legal obligations as a food business operator under the Food Safety Act 1990, Regulation (EC) No 852/2004, or any other applicable legislation.
